We ask that children not
accompany you unless they
are old enough to sit in the
waiting area unsupervised. For
liability reasons, children are not
permitted in the styling area or
spa area unless they are
receiving a service. Also, please
respect our environment and
silence your phone.
A credit card is required to
hold multiple spa services,
chemical services, and bridal
parties. We require 24 hours
cancellation notice and reserve
the right to charge you for half of
the intended services that are
not cancelled a day in advance.
We ask that you arrive 15
minutes prior to your
appointment time so that you
can change, fill out necessary
paperwork, and then relax with
a beverage before your service
begins. If you are late for an
appointment it may be necessary
to shorten or reschedule your
service. Most appointments are
confirmed 24 - 72 hrs in advance,
however, sometimes we are
unable to reach you. This service
is a courtesy, and remembering
your appointment is your own
responsibility.
Gratuities are not included in
the price of your service or gift
certificate and are always
greatly appreciated. Individual
gratuity envelopes are provided
at the front desk. Simply write
down "to" and "from" info and
we will make sure that your
gratuity is received.
Thank You!
Personal (in-state) checks are
gladly accepted. There will be a
$25 fee for any check not honored.
We also accept Visa and
MasterCard.
We do not offer refunds on
services, but we will gladly
address or correct any concern
you may have. Please contact
us within 72 hours of your service.
Retail products must be returned
within 30 days in original package
with receipt.
